Anamika Asked: Ideas for Woodworking projects?

I wanted to make some things out of wood and I need some ideas. I was thinking things that are useful but not too big (like shelves or cupboards). Maybe things like bird houses? I'm up for a challenge but not too difficult. Also, I'm fifteen if that helps.
Any suggestions?
